The secretary of the IFMRRC Board documents all claims solely in written form at [email protected] and presents them for consideration by the IFMRRC Board in accordance with the set Procedural Rules.

In considering of the companies’ applications to be certified the IFMRRC Board takes into account the company’s adherence to the copyright laws, its activities regarding advertising and competition, measures for the prevention of money laundering, etc.

The highest authority of IFMRRC NCP is the IFMRRC Board of members which is authorized to perform an expert evaluation and consequent settling of disputes that arose between two or more financial market participants.

The IFMRRC Board is comprised of law, economics, banking professionals and Foreign Exchange experts. The IFMRRC Board makes all decisions regarding the lawfulness of the broker’s actions and controls all the payouts from the compensation fund.

Aside from that the decisions made by IFMRRC Board are obligatory for compliance by the companies that have already received the certificates of compliance or are in the process of certification.
